1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AdvertiseToday.ng ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

AdvertiseToday.ng is a digital out-of-home advertising platform that enables advertisers to display content on digital screens located in venues across Nigeria. The Platform also provides AI-powered creative generation tools.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use advertiser features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Advertiser Obligations

All advertising content must comply with Nigerian advertising regulations (APCON guidelines). You may not submit content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content at our discretion.

5. Payment & Billing

Campaigns are charged against your wallet balance. Wallet funds are non-refundable except in cases of platform error. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed securely via Paystack.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content created using our AI Ad Generator is owned by you upon creation. However, you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy before publishing. AdvertiseToday.ng is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific impression counts, or that screens will be operational at all times. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific campaign in question.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding wallet balances after account closure are handled per our refund policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
